Shipping Information
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been handed off to our shipping partners.
We ship only to US addresses. We do not offer international shipping.
We ship all orders with USPS. Small packages use USPS Ground Advantage (normally 4-7 days in transit) and larger, heavier items use USPS Priority (normally 2-3 days in transit). Priority upgrades are available at checkout for small packages.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns on personalized items. If an item is received with an error on our part we will ship a replacement item within two days of being notified of the issue. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@companytwentysix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
