I used the shipping address provided at checkout and your package was marked as delivered on December 24. Unfortunately you waited until January 14 to notify me that it was delivered to an 'incorrect address'. With so much time lapsed since the delivery I am unable to provide viable options to resolve. Despite your repeated requests to file a claim with the USPS I am unable to do so since it is marked as delivered.
